Stand Out
Stay on the platforms. Just get noticed first.
Not every owner wants to leave the platforms — and that’s fine
Plenty of owners are happy on Airbnb, Booking.com or Gîtes.fr. Running your own reservations, payments and guest messaging is a job in itself, and not one everyone wants. If that’s you, the goal isn’t to change how you sell — it’s to make sure your property is winning every time a guest is choosing between you and the property next door.
What I look at
I can’t move you up an algorithm — nobody can promise that honestly. What I can do is make sure nothing in your listing is quietly costing you bookings.
That means going through:
Your title and description — does it sell, or just describe?
Your photos — what a guest sees in the first five seconds
Your review responses and pricing signals
How you’re appearing in platform search results
Your Google Business Profile — claimed, complete, working?
Your search visibility for your property name and area
It starts with the same €95 review (normally €150) — what you do with it is your call.
